How to Cure Cold Feet and Legs

a. Walk for 45 Minutes

c. Hot and Cold Dip

Soak your feet alternatively in hot and cold water. Take two small tubs. Fill one with hot water and the other with cold water. The size of the tub should be small but large enough to accommodate both feet.

Sit on a comfortable chair. Soak both you feet in hot water first for 2-3 minutes. Then remove the feet from the hot water tub. Remove the hot water tub and push cold water tub at its place. Now soak both your feet in the cold water tub for 2-3 minutes. Repeat the process 5-6 times to complete a cycle of 15 minutes of alternate hot and cold water soak of your feet.

2. Diet Control for Cold Feet

If your cold feet are because of anemia, then diet can help you to regain your normal body temperatures to your cold feet. Eat more leafy vegetables and all iron rich foods including meats to reduce iron deficiency. Eat Omega 3 rich food to improve your overall strength and immunity. Such dietary changes will help you to recover from cold feet.
