How to Use Tea Tree Oil for Allergies to Soothe Rashes

What you need:

  • Tea tree oil
  • Virgin Coconut oil

Instructions:

  • Take 1 teaspoon coconut oil in a small bowl or crucible
  • Add 2-3 drops of tea tree oil and mix well
  • Apply with qtip on a small portion if your skin on the arm to do a spot test as tea tree oil can be allergic on some sensitive skin
  • Apply with cotton ball on the allergic rashes once spot test is passed
  • Do it 2-3 times a day until rashes are gone

2. Tea Tree Oil and Peppermint Oil

Peppermint oil is also anti-inflammatory.

What you need:

  • Peppermint essential oil
  • Tea tree oil
  • Virgin Coconut oil

Instructions:

  • Pour 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a small bowl
  • Add 2 drops of peppermint oil
  • Add 2 drops of tea tree oil
  • Mix well
  • Do a spot test on your arm skin to see there us no allergic reaction of these essential oils
  • Apply on the rashes once spot test is passed
  • Do it 2-3 times daily

Peppermint essential oil can also be used in a diffuser to deal with clearing allergic sinuses. Tea tree oil is not suitable for such use

3. Tea Tree Oil and Chamomile Oil

Like tea tree oil, Chamomile oil is also good for skin inflammation.

What you need:

  • Chamomile essential oil
  • Tea tree essential oil
  • Virgin coconut oil

Instructions:

  • Mix 2 drops each of chamomile oil and tea tree oil in 1 tablespoon of virgin coconut oil
  • Do a spot test by applying on your arm by q tip. If there is no allergic reaction then proceed further otherwise don't use it
  • Apply on the allergic skin rashes to soothe them.

  • Never apply concentrated directly on skin. Always dilute it with a carrier oil
  • Don't ingest it
