1. Pumpkin seeds

The main objective to get rid of parasites from the intestine is to first remove them from the walls of the intestine. Once they are removed from the walls they can be excreted through stools. You can consume pumpkin seeds in two different ways to get the same results

  • Roast the pumpkin seeds and eat a handful of them in the morning empty stomach. Follow it by eating 2 bananas to act as a laxative. if you follow this for a week, you would get rid of all intestinal parasites within that period.
  • Steep 5 teaspoons of peeled and crushed pumpkin seeds to 500ml of boiling water in the morning. Let it cool to an acceptable temperature to drink it. Eat the boiled pumpkin seeds also. Keep a fast for the whole day. In the evening eat 2-3 bananas. Most of your parasites will be removed within this one application.

2. Garlic

Garlic is a multipurpose medicinal herb. With its antiseptic- antibacterial and antifungal properties it is one of the best food items to get rid of worms in your intestine. You can follow one of the following two methods to consume garlic.

  • Eat 2-3 cloves of garlic empty stomach in the morning for a week.
  • Crush 2-3 cloves of garlic and add it to a glass of milk. Boil the milk and drink it. Do this every day morning

3. Turmeric

Turmeric is another multipurpose medicinal herb. Turmeric not only gets rid of the intestinal worms but it also can help to relieve gas and bloating, abdominal pain and avoid nausea. So you get the symptomatic relief while you are trying to get rid of the parasites from your body.

  • Add a tablespoon of turmeric powder to a warm glass of milk. Mix it well and drink it before going to bed. Do it for a week to get the results.
  • If you have access to raw turmeric, then extract half a teaspoon of juice, add a pinch of salt and lick the mixture. Be careful with the turmeric juice has strong yellow color which takes time to go away if it touches your skin.

4. Carrot

Carrots will stop multiplication of parasites by killing the eggs of parasites. Therefore, carrot alone can not be used to get rid of intestinal worms. It is s supplementary material that expedites the removal of worms. Eating two grated carrots empty stomach will do the job.

5. Pomegranate

Every thing in pomegranate tree has medicinal value. Bark, stem, roots and fruit all can help you to get rid of your intestinal parasites.

  • Eat one ripe pomegranate early in the morning daily for seven days.
  • Add a small piece about 2 to 3 inches of pomegranate bark in glass of boiling water and steep it for 30 minutes. Allow it to cool before drinking the pomegranate bark tea. Do it 3 times a day and follow it with eating 2-3 bananas at the end of the day. Within a week you should see the results.
